Return & Refund Policy - Fabulous Floor Cleaning Supply* 1. Return Policy: 1.1. We accept returns of cleaning products and equipment within 07 days of purchase, as long as the products are in their original packaging, without signs of use and accompanied by the purchase receipt. 1.2. To initiate a return, the customer must contact us by phone at (774) 414-6024 or by e-mail (fabulousfloorcs@gmail.com) to obtain a return authorization (RMA). 1.3. We do not accept returns of opened, used or damaged products unless they are proven to be defective or sent incorrectly. 2. Refunds: 2.1. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned products, we will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund. 2.2. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment within a reasonable time. 2.3. For approved returns, a replenishment fee of 30% of the value of the product will be charged. The customer will receive a refund of 70% of the amount paid. 3. Defective or Incorrectly Shipped Products: 3.1. If the product received is defective or not the product ordered, please contact us immediately to arrange an exchange or refund at no additional cost. 3.2. Defective or incorrectly shipped products must be returned in their original packaging. 4. Exceptions: 4.1. Products on sale or sold as a "final sale" are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of defect. 4.2. Personalized or made-to-order products cannot be returned. 5. Applicable Laws: 5.1. Return Policy

We value the trust you place in our company when choosing to purchase our products. We understand that sometimes you might change your mind or have other reasons for returning an item you purchased.
When it comes to chemical supplies purchased through our website, please note that we accept returns only within a period of 7 days from the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging. To initiate the return process, please contact our customer service, providing your order number and the details of the product you wish to return. Please be aware that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return the product.
For products purchased directly from our physical store, you may return them within a period of 10 days from the purchase date, provided the product is unused, sealed, and in its original packaging. To process your return, please bring the product, along with the original receipt, back to the store where the purchase was made.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the status of your return. If the return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment.
