Return and Refund Policy
Return & Refund Policy
At Fabulous Floor Cleaning Supply, we are committed to providing quality cleaning products and equipment. To ensure customer satisfaction, we have established the following return and refund policy.
1. Return Policy:
1.1. We accept returns of cleaning products within 7 days of purchase, provided that:
• Products are in their original packaging
• THERE ARE NO SIGNS OF USE
• The original purchase receipt is included
1.2. To initiate a return, customers must contact us via phone at (774) 414-6024 or email Fabulousfloorcs@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) before shipping the product back.
1.3. Returns will not be accepted for opened, used, or damaged products unless they are proven to be defective or were shipped incorrectly.
2. Refunds:
2.1. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned products, we will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund.
2.2. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
3. Vacuum Returns & Refunds:
3.1. Vacuums may be returned within 15 days of purchase, provided they are:
• In their original packaging
• Accompanied by the purchase receipt
3.2. For online orders, the customer is responsible for covering all return shipping costs, refunds would be issued to the original form of payment after receiving the product.
3.3. After 15 days, returns or refunds for vacuums will not be accepted.
3.4. Defective vacuums must be reported within 15 days for a replacement or refund.
4. Defective or Incorrectly Shipped Products:
4.1. If a product is received defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
4.2. The defective or incorrectly shipped item must be returned in its original packaging.
5. Exceptions:
5.1. Sale or Final Sale Items – Products marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of defects.
5.2. Personalized or Custom Orders – These items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
6. Applicable Laws:
6.1. This policy complies with the consumer protection laws of the State of Massachusetts.
